    @PlanBSkater005 Everything Disabled means the phone is unlocked. Which SIM are you trying to use?

    @PlanBSkater005 You will need to load the Service Books manually on the phone. You can send us an email or message through Youtube and we can send you directions or you can also google “Load Service Books”

    @MrJraj1975 0 left means the phone has no more attempts to unlock by code and the only way to unlock will be by software and the phone needs to be sent in.
